Key services:

- Hands-On Constituency Involvement

- Reforestation and Sustainability

Launched in 1994 by a joint force of Haitian Nationals and Americans, The Lambi Fund finds its purpose in strengthening civil society as the foundation for democracy and nationwide development. It seeks to do this by communicating intimately with a number of grassroots Haitian organizations to provide precise and efficient aid to the every day citizen.

The Lambi Fund has championed reforestation efforts in Haiti since 2004, planting over 3,000,000 tree seedlings to date. They have also driven sustainable development efforts by partnering with constituent groups, composed mainly of women and farmers. Together they've operated community credit funds that combat food insecurity while adhering to sustainable farming practices.
